Return an Item

Returns Policy

Products from Medelim can be returned within 30 days of shipment. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on any unopened or opened items unless the return reason is deemed valid by the Medelim team. Refunds will be processed once the package is received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements—only refunds are available.
